My name is Ashleigh, the human behind Chunky Knits.

I am a mum of 3 beautiful boys, and step mum to my bonus boy.

In 2021, after my second born son Bodie passed away from a heart condition & genetic disorder, I needed a distraction and taught myself to crochet in hopes to make something for a future baby. I came across loveys and enjoyed crocheting them so much that I decided to not only make something for my future baby, but to continue making them for everyone else's babies as well!
